Registration Guidelines

Kindly follow the below guidelines carefully in order to include your paper in the conference proceedings:

  1. The authors should make the registration after receiving the acceptance letter of your paper after peer review before the registration deadline, so that your accepted paper can be included in the conference proceedings to publish.
  2. Please, use the IEEE templates (MS Word) to create your camera-ready paper. Templates: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html
  3. Prepare a Corrections Table (Reviewer | Comment | Section/Page No. | Response).
  4. Revise your paper according to all reviewers' comments; include affiliations and emails for all authors.
  5. Add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page.
  6. 6–8 pages including references (IEEE template).
  7. Double-blind review; at least two reviewers per paper.
  8. Plagiarism check via Turnitin/iThenticate is mandatory.
  9. At least one author of your paper is expected to make oral presentation (on-site or virtual), which is required by the publisher. Non-presented papers may be excluded from the conference proceedings and be rejected for publication.
  10. All of the authors of your paper can attend the conference for free, but only one author is permitted to do the presentation.
  11. Please be noted that visa application fees, accommodation and transportation fees are not included in the registration fees.

Important Notes
  • Registration is only confirmed when full payment is received.
  • For each accepted paper, at least one author must register before the registration deadline.
  • Students are requested to submit a valid Student ID during the online registration.
  • IEEE Member should submit evidence of membership.
